Description
Micro power station with low-speed hydrodynamic turbine with self-regulated system of moving blades converts the kinetic energy of water current into mechanical energy of turbine rotation. It does not need any additional constructions. It does not influence on the river ecology. It has simple construction. It is expensive.

Innovative aspect and main advantages:
In Ukraine people use small hydro power stations. Turbines of these stations are rotated under the pressure of water column. Micro power stations, which work in natural current of flat rivers, aren’t used in Ukraine.

Problem solved:
Ukraine has a big hydropower potential. It is used inefficiently, because many big and small rivers have a flat character. Therefore, building of traditional hydropower stations on flat rivers economically disadvantageous and dangerous for ecology of rivers. The micro power stations with low-speed hydrodynamic turbine with self-regulated system of moving blades will be able use efficiently hydropower potential of flat rivers.
