In the modern terms of permanent increase of consumption of electric energy there is a necessity of the economy use and increase efficiency of its receipt from untraditional refurbishable sources. One of such sources is sun energy. In photo-electric panels there is converting energy of photons into electric energy. At the best, the efficiency such systems are arrived at by 23 %.
