The mashine tool is designed for various operations: materials processing: machining, fabrication, decorative surface finishing, assembly and disassembly of units, control and measurement of the machined surfaces.
The mashine tool is a mobile with low material consumption. Rational range of its application is: mechanical engineering, aerospace, construction, transportation, utilities. The mashine tool is designed for small mobile enterprises with a wide range of products that is changing rapidly. The complex provides implementation process operations in the field.
The innovation is based on an original ideas of authors, based on a new concept of a spatial system drives as complex discrete drives rapid movements which are integrated with their analog systems of mikromovement drive space and a special system of measurements of the precision spatial position of the executive body. This intelligent control unit mechatronic system provides correction of geometry errors, kinematics and dynamics of spatial drive system and based on the monitoring of the actual spatial position of executive authority designated as a six-vector describing the translational and rotary movement of the executive body.

Innovative aspect and main advantages
Compared with the traditional technological equipment with CNC the proposed processing facility has 10 .. 20 times lower material consumption, requires no special operating conditions (type of plant industrial enterprises). Complex has low power consumption. Complex does not use special control systems, and managed by a PC software which does not require a commercial license as it is free. The complex does not require highly skilled persin for its operation.
The mashine tool is multi-processing and has various components within the workspace 500x500x500 mm. The number of controlled axes is 18 and above. The mashine tool allows you to set the desired precision machining of 0.05 .. 0.1 mm when using the disconnected circuits control to 0.0011 .. 0.005 mm using a comprehensive set of measurement systems of spatial position of the executive body.
The new features are based on an original concept, developed by the authors. It involves the application of discrete spatial system drives complete with drive space mikromovements and the use of precisious measurements of spatial position of the executive body. The use of special control algorithms of mechatronic system provides compensation of geometry errors, kinematics, static and dynamic deformation of the spatial system drives. This delivers high performance and an accuracy of spatial system drives of the mashine tool.
Original ideas underlying in the project are to provide measurements of the spatial spindel position with the excess number of measured coordinates using different meters, including optic-based laser measuring devices. The mashine tool provides high-performance processing of metal, wood, plastic, stone, various building materials, paper, cardboard and other. It is reasonable to use the complex to handle different types of waste, while pressing. Along with the processing it can be provided the assembly and disassembly of objects, decorative operations (cleaning, washing, painting).

Currently a significant number of professional hand tools and small desktop machine mortise type are used.
Innovative design of a proposed machine is a low-power 2 ... 5 kW with CNC system that is guided by personal computer. It is a portable machining center, which can replace hand tools and desktop machine tools of drilling and milling group.
The machine is offered to use in various environments. It requires no infrastructure industrial enterprise. The machine has low material consumption, small mass. You can change the configuration of the carrier system machine, install it in a variety of settings, including the mobile machines.
