The essence of innovation is to use a combined or hybrid influence pulsed laser radiation, low - the high-frequency oscillations and alternating magnetic field for finishing and strengthening of the surface processing of products with the formation of micro and nanocrystalline structure and the improvement of the surface roughness, which greatly increases the strength, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Description of the problem

Use of combined and hybrid methods, in particular, laser and ultrasonic finishing and strengthening processing with mini and nanosecond pulsed action allows:

• change the structure of the compressive stress and increase of 1.5 ... 2 times microhardness;

• reduce the roughness of the surface layer in the 1.5 ... 2 times;

• increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the products.
